How to Make a Hotel Lobby AI Video from Two Photos
Follow the two-photo workflow: assign left and right roles, choose a duration, review credits, generate and download a clip.

1. Prepare two separate photos
Choose one clear photo of each consenting adult. Keep the whole face visible, with even light and no sunglasses or strong filters. Two people do not need to appear in the same photo. The photo guide has a preparation checklist.
2. Assign the roles
Open the studio. Add Image 1 for the performer on the left and Image 2 for the performer on the right. Swap the photos if you want the roles reversed. Check that both selected images show the intended person.
3. Select the clip
Choose 5, 12 or 30 seconds. Each segment starts at 0:00 of the supplied template. New jobs use the 720p model setting. Choose 16:9 source framing or a 9:16 vertical canvas. The vertical template adds padding above and below the full source shot to keep both performers visible; it does not crop or recompose the performance.
4. Review the cost and source
The review step shows photo references and the source clip, not a free generated result. The studio charges 160 credits per second. A 12-second clip uses 1,920 credits, approximately $1.92 of credits with the $10 Studio pack, before checkout tax. Check pricing for each pack's unit cost.
5. Confirm generation
Sign in and make sure your balance covers the quote. Confirm that you have permission to use the people and material involved. Your photo references are uploaded when you confirm generation. Avoid submitting the same job again while it is processing; follow its status in My videos.
6. Review and download
Watch the whole completed clip. Check both faces, hands, body motion, sound and lip sync before downloading or sharing. Label AI edits clearly and confirm the rights to any footage or music you publish. A model can make errors even when the photos are clear.
If something goes wrong
Check whether the task is processing, waiting to save, or failed. Failed tasks restore their reserved credits. For billing or a task that needs help, read the refund policy and contact support with its ID.
