You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Used credits are non-refundable. Requests concerning unused credits are reviewed individually in line with our refund policy. Failed-generation credit restoration is a separate process described in that policy.

Intellectual Property

We retain rights to our own original software and content. Third-party footage, music and likenesses remain subject to their owners’ rights. Access to this service does not grant a license to that third-party material or imply endorsement by its creators.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
